At Success Hues, we work the Kirkpatrick Model backwards, by delivering all our people transformation interventions (learning, coaching and mentoring) from the L4 to the L1. We always start with the results that the organization wants to achieve when planning the structure, content, approach and methodology of the programs to be delivered to meet the desired outcomes from L4 to L1 levels.
Success Hues is focused on creating lasting changes in people’s behaviour as an outcome for every learning intervention that we drive. Only when there is a sustained change of behaviour in individuals and groups, will it translate into tangible and measurable results for the organization. This helps to prioritize the goals of the learning intervention and make it most effective to achieve the return on learning investments.
We follow the process of pre-assessment before and post-assessment after the intervention to accurately assess the progress made by the participants in putting their learning into practice. This helps us to measure the effectiveness of the programs and to see if the participants have been able to create a behaviour change that is causing an impact on business results for the organization.
